About Our Company
What can we say?… Except we know a good thing or two about cleaning glass!
As a family run business, we pride ourselves on our customer service. We’ve recognised from over the years of cleaning windows that being reliable, respectful and friendly is key when wanting to build trust, good communication and peace of mind for our customers.
We recognise that even though cleaning glass is not the most skilful job on the planet. If not done properly the results are obvious.
That’s why we take special measures to not only train all our staff to be efficient, careful and professional but also to develop a work effort that results in attention to detail, care for customer property and a friendly smile.
Frequently Asked Question
Do I need to be at home for you to clean my windows?
No, We are able to clean your premises as long as we have access. We will also leave you a slip to let you know we have been and details on how you can pay. We will alway inform you either by email, text or phone a day in advance so that gates may be unlocked and give us access.
How often can I get my windows cleaned?
Normally cleans are made every 1, 2 or 3 months for domestic work and 1,2,4,8 or 12 weeks for commercial work. Although we would be happy to discuss any other requirements or schedules.
Do you clean the frames and sills?
Yes, although not all window cleaners do, we believe that the frames & sills are as important as the windows and thus strive to give the entire window frame a good and thorough wash.
What is Pure Water & why is it better?
Pure Water is de-ionised water which has gone through a process to remove all the impurities. This pure water then absorbs and lifts all the dirt left on your windows and frames. After we then rinse down the window again catching any larger bits of dirt leaving a clear, streak-free finish.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cheque’s, cash, BACS, direct debit, credit and debit card payments, PayM, contactless and PayPal.
Do you clean using the traditional method?
For a long time, if preferred we did offer to clean using the traditional method. However, we have now moved to use the Reach And Wash method for all our external work as it has been proven in giving a better and longer lasting clean as well as being the safer option.
We do still, however, use the traditional cleaning method for most indoor applications.
